At Petsiny, your satisfaction is our top priority. If there’s ever an issue with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right. Please review our refund, replacement, and return policy below.


1. Order Cancellations
• Orders may be canceled before processing or shipping for a full refund.
• Once your order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.


2. Refund & Replacement Eligibility

Refunds or replacements are available only when Petsiny is at fault, such as:
• The product was not delivered (lost in transit).
• Wrong item received.
• Missing items in the package.
• Product arrives damaged or defective.

Conditions:
• Damaged products must be reported within 14 days of delivery with photo or video evidence.
• Incorrect or missing items must be reported within 14 days of delivery with proof (photo/video).

3. Non-Refundable Cases
• If tracking shows the order was delivered but not received, a non-delivery certificate from the courier/postal authority is required.
• Products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the error was on our side.


4. Refund Processing
• Refunds are issued back to your original payment method only.
• Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account once approved.


5. Important Notes
• All refund/replacement requests must include valid proof (photos, videos, or courier certification).
• Requests must be submitted within the stated timeframes.
• Petsiny reserves the right to deny refunds or replacements if the conditions are not met.
